Our contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. An Amazon order number is optional. We use these details to respond, help with a product question or handle a guarantee request. Please do not include payment details or sensitive health information.
Hosting and spam protection
Cloudflare provides website hosting and Turnstile spam protection. It processes technical information such as your IP address and browser signals to deliver the site and check for automated abuse. The form sends your message to our support inbox through our email-delivery service. Your message is not published on the website.

Amazon purchases
Shopping links take you to Amazon. This website does not collect payments or process checkout. Amazon handles purchase and account information under its own policies.
Analytics and browser interactions
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and Amazon-button clicks. Optional analytics is not loaded until you accept. It may use cookies and process device, browser and visit information; we do not send contact-form fields, order numbers or messages to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Keeping and correcting your information
Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable business obligations. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, use the contact form and choose “Privacy question.”
